What is a birth certificate?

The certificate, which is usually only 1 page, provides information about who you are. It contains details on the name, sex and place of birth of the child, information on his parents and the registry office that issued the birth certificate. It is also important to determine the birth name. It is easiest if the parents are married and have the same last name. In this case, this also becomes the birth name of the child. In other cases, the parents must agree in writing on the birth name. Birth certificates are usually applied for and issued immediately after birth. If you need another copy of the certificate later, it can simply be obtained as a copy from the birth register. Certified translation of your birth certificate

A certified translation of your birth certificate is a careful transfer of the language of your document into the desired target language (e.g. German), true to the layout, by a translator sworn in at a German court. The latter confirms the accuracy and completeness of the translation in relation to the original document by means of his or her stamp and attestation mark.
